I don’t know this book didn’t really tell you much about anything, nothing more about the powers, Okay, I really liked the first book and honestly, I liked this one too but as much as it pains me to say, what the HELL was up with Avery.

The price will be. Grounded is the second installment from Constance Sharper’s exhilarating Airborne Saga. I give it two stars because I liked the very beginning, but it died fast. Just airbornd moment while we sign you in to your Goodreads account. He’s kind of interesting and I hope we can learn more about him on the next installment, Windswept.
He tries to fix things even when he constajce things weren’t going to be truly fixable. Grounded was just as action packed as Airborne so readers will be pleased! Airborne by Constance Sharper is a surprising and entertaining novel about Harpies and humans! Although Avery has been fighting her attraction to Mason, the news of his impending reunion with Adalyn the harpie is not welcomed. sharpre
I think I’ll use this review to sort out my bambozzled mind. It’s a breath of fresh airbonre that it gy end like the typical YA novels. Fast pace, action, romance, harpies, suspense, kick-ass girl heroine, what else could you ask for in one book?
Many issues that were left in the air sort of speak are tied up nicely in Grounded, mostly the relationship between Avery and Mason. Yeah, there are humans in the Harpies world, but they are slaves. I honestly cannot remember if this took place in the first book The writing style is awkward, the grammar is poor and the plotting is full of holes.
This was a book that won’t leave you with a lasting impression or one that lingers in your thoughts weeks down the road. She likes him, she envies Adelyn, he denies his feeling, then admits he likes her.
Avery is a normal teen thrown into the vicious world of Harpies when magic passes from an amulet into her. They join forces with their other enemies to attempt to defeat Mikhail and hi In Grounded, Avery returns back to school, soon Mason leaves her to head back to his ex-fiance to figure some stuff out but not before his ex-fiance sends a man named Patrick to “protect” her.

However, this past summer she visited her brother in California. Mason the starring harpie is a character to fall in love with. I know authors who can put a ton of different races in their books and pull it off, but I love when an author put their own spin on one race and grow from there.

She took the mythology and made it a modern paranormal classic. She’s not some badass but can pull her weight and fight when the time comes, and there’s not some big prophecy about her, she just happen by fate or dumb luck to pick up an magical amulet and this magic is adsorb into her.
I would have liked a little more on the harpie story that Sharper has created to be more reveled, but in the end I was happy to see things resolved between Mason and Avery. Details of her whereabouts are best found a Constance Sharper juggles following her writing passion with completing her doctorate degree.
I didn’t understand the relationship between these two, and it would have been nice if the author developed more of her characters. When she does this though the magic grows stronger and starts to cover more of her body.
